Stadler Nurseries will contact Miss Utility to mark the planting area. Any underground utilities will be marked on the grass with spray paint. Marking flags to indicate planting locations may not be placed closer than five feet to any underground lines.
It is agreed that it is the customer’s responsibility to mark with spray paint all other underground obstacles in the planting area, such as irrigation lines, electric dog enclosures, and any other items not covered by Miss Utility.
Stadler Nurseries will bear no financial responsibility should any unmarked lines be cut during the planting process.
