About Your Online Order

Pick Up

When you place your order, be sure to select the “Pick Up” option on the product page.
We’ll call you once your order is ready.
When you arrive at the garden center, park in one of the designated “Pick Up” spaces and call the number on the sign. We’ll bring your order to your car.

We offer delivery to areas within 30 miles of one of our store locations.

When you place your order, be sure to select the “Delivery” option on the product page.
Orders over $125 are delivered FREE!
There is a $30 delivery charge for orders under $125.
Most orders are delivered within 1–2 days. We’ll call you with your delivery date.
Orders are delivered to your driveway.

We offer planting services to areas within 30 miles of one of our store locations.

When you place your order, be sure to select the “Planting” option on the product page.
Planting Includes: Delivery, compost in the planting hole, individual mulch ring around the plant, tree stakes, if necessary and contact-less professional planting.
Planting Does Not Include:
- Removal of existing plants that are in the planting location. If you have a tree or shrub that needs to be removed, please Contact Us for a removal estimate before making your purchase.
- Creation of landscape beds. If you would like beds created, please Contact Us for pricing.
- An existing stump or large roots from a tree that has been removed from the area may pose a problem. If a tree was ever within 10 feet of the planting area, please review our Stump Considerations before making your purchase.
We will send you a marking flag(s) through the mail for you to set in the ground to identify the planting location(s) and will call you with the planting date.
