Princeton Elm (Ulmus americana)
A newer cultivar of the stately American Elm said to have good resistance to elm leaf beetle and Dutch Elm Disease. Large, leathery dark green foliage.
Size: 60 to 80 feet high and 30 to 40 feet wide.
Shape: Upright-spreading.
Fall Color: Yellow
Rate of Growth: Medium to fast.
Other Attributes: Seems to be pollution tolerant. Resistant to Dutch Elm disease.
Growing Conditions: Plant in full sun in organic, moist, well-drained soil. Good tolerance to wet areas.
