A popular specimen tree, which also looks lovely planted in groups. The stiff and dense branches create a formal effect. The color of the needles can vary considerably in color - from green to blue and shades in between.

Size: 30 to 60 feet high and 15 to 25 feet wide

Shape: Dense, pyramidal

Cones: 2-4\" oblong

Fall Color: No change

Rate of Growth: Slow to medium

Other Attributes: More drought tolerant than other species of spruces, once established.

Growing Conditions: Best planted in full sun in moist, well-drained soil but is adaptable to other conditions.

Prices vary according to size, variety, and availability.
