Fall is a Special Season!

The time between summer, when containers and garden beds are lush and colorful, and frost, when all but the hardiest of plants collapse, is often a time of empty containers and holes in the garden. This need not be! Many plants are now available at Stadler Nursery that are geared for the fall months. Beyond mums, cabbage and kale, and pansies, you will find many additional choices for your fall pots and empty garden spaces. Heuchera (coralbells), euphorbia, helichrysum, lysimachia, plumbago, and million bells are just a few of the many plants suitable for this time of year of colder nights and shorter days. Choose from a variety of plants that are cold hardy with interesting flowers and/or foliage. They’ll provide a refreshed look for your containers, perfectly complementing other decorative fall materials like cornstalks, gourds, or pumpkins.
