Follow These Easy Steps To Spring Fundraising Success...
- Hold a motivational meeting to set specific goals for individual and group fundraising sales and encourage everyone to understand how their efforts will benefit the entire group.
- Obtain materials and forms, available to print from our website, or call our fundraising department to order pre-printed materials. Quantities for pre-printed brochures are limited to 100 per group without charge.
- Hold a kick-off meeting to distribute brochures, review order form, items to offer, price points, sales dates, due dates and delivery dates.
- Everyone wants blooming flowers in their yard in the spring, so get out there and sell to your family and community!
- Take orders using the form on the brochure back. Fill out the form neatly and completely. If you make a mistake, simply cross out the entire line. Collect money at the time of ordering. Checks must be payable to your organization, not to Stadler Nurseries. Return completed order forms to the fundraising chairperson on time.
- Fundraising Chairperson places order by mailing Recap Form totals to Stadler Nurseries, P.O. Box 5009, Laytonsville, MD 20882, by sales deadline of April 7, 2008. Your organization keeps the profits up front and pays in full for the plants at the time of order using an organization check.
- We will immediately send a coupon for each item ordered via FedEx to the Chairperson.
- Your customers can redeem coupons 7 days a week at either our Laytonsville or Frederick location from April 13 - May 18, when the plant selection is best. Customers can select exactly the plants they want and you do not have inventory to store!
